RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want your experience, with our products, to be a wonderful one. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know!
To request a replacement, please read our policy and follow the information outlined below.
Product purchased at a retail location (for example Target, Toys R Us):
We are not able to provide refunds for product purchased at a retail location, however, we would be happy to send you a replacement. We do REQUIRE the unsatisfactory product be returned to us, prior to sending you the replacement.
Please email the following information to RETURNS@BOOGIEWIPES.COM :
- Your first and last name
- Your address (for both mail and shipping)
- Name and scent of product you are returning (ex: 30 count Grape Boogie Wipes, or 15 count Cool Menthol Saline Soothers)
- Number of items you are returning
- Reason for return (ex: dry)
- Retailer you purchased from: Name, City, State
- Lot code: series of stamped numbers and one letter on back of package - Not the UPC
Upon receiving this information, we will generate a pre-paid return label, which will be mailed to you. When you receive this label, please return the product to us within 3 days of receiving the label. We will send your replacement within 3 business days of receiving your returned product.
