Purchases From Our Retail Partners
If your purchase was made from one of our retail partners, we ask that you return your Boogie® brand item directly to the retailer.
Purchases From the Boogie® Brand Store
Changed your mind? Good news! Your Boogie® brand purchase is eligible for a return as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. We accept eligible returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please utilize the contact us form located here. Please include your order number in your message to us and specify what item(s) you are returning. Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 – 15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear in your account.
Please note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs. We recommend that returned items are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
